Here, we will focus on the accoutrements of the dinner plate. Prepare for a detail oriented look at the wide world of vegetables and potatoes, as well as different ways to cook them to accentuate different flavors and textures. You will learn how to properly cook grains like rice, corn, and wheat; as well as learn to cook legumes such as beans and lentils. You will be learning all about pasta; from dried pasta to fresh pasta, to all the different shapes that exist, as well as many popular pasta dishes served worldwide.
